The Dancer, a work of acrylic on canvas by renowned Ojibwe artist, Brian Waboose, evokes the joy and the importance of Indigenous tradition and ceremony. Net proceeds will be donated to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society.
Brian is a member of the Whitefish River First Nation commonly known as Birch Island, Ontario. This is where Brian paints and makes his home with his family. His work is in gallerys, workplaces and collections both domestically and abroad.
